Who's Right?7.1 Right to deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, in line with the GDPR.
7.2 Required information
To process the request, provide the email address associated with the account and send the request to support@whos-right.ai, or use the in-app deletion feature.
7.3 Effects of deletion
Deletion results in loss of access to your account, incidents, evidence and history. This action is irreversible.
7.4 Retained data
Some data may be kept for legal obligations (accounting up to 10 years), fraud prevention, or response to authorities. Such data is strictly limited and protected.
7.5 Processing time
Deletion is processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the request.
